Again: Our main takeaways from the wonderful Dr. Herschbach's dinner discussion and subsequent talk:
This guy won the Nobel prize. Trust him when you buy your stove!
I have a new favorite advertisement as can be seen here.
'I disagree' when delivered like he had, is one of the funniest sentences to have graced our ears
Start whistling when something goes wrong and you'll get through it
In the words of his wonderful father 'Difficult can be done immediately, impossible takes longer!' Don't ever be afraid to try the impossible!
Football is great, but Chemistry is greater!
If you need to foster a seal, Currier house's bathtubs are the best places to do so (but shhhhh, don't let the building manager find out!). Ask him about this story if you ever can!
The way to win the Strauss Cup is by 'No forfeit! Win by proxy!' And of course, have a good time :)
Dr. Herschbach is the embodiment of regardless of background or prior experience, you can achieve anything
