Alyssa is so excited to be a program assistant this summer! She is a rising junior in Eliot House studying Molecular and Cellular Biology with a citation in Spanish. She's from Somers, NY which is about an hour outside of Manhattan, and she loves visiting the city whenever she's home. Her research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute focuses on immunotherapy, where you activate the immune system against cancer.
When she's not working in the lab, she enjoys taking part in the research community on campus through the Harvard College Undergraduate Research Association (HCURA) and playing for the Harvard Women’s Club Volleyball Team. In her free time, she loves bingewatching Netflix (if you like kdramas hit her up) and playing with my dog Brody.
