Flashback to exactly one week ago when we basked in the sunshine of the longest day of the year-- Summer Solstice!

And what better way to mark the official start of summer than with flower crowns, fuzzy animals, and first-class friends! The Harvard Museums of Science and Culture hosted its annual Summer Solstice Celebration last Friday, which featured live circus performances, Celtic dancing, and free public admission to multiple Harvard museums. Our very own Gabby Langkilde eagerly volunteered to be part of the show--> see GIF below!!

Springing into Summer (go Gabby!)

With temperatures reaching highs of 28 degrees Celcius // 83 degrees Fahrenheit this past week, Boston is beginning to truly show its summer colours. Well into our third week in the village, there is no doubt that HSURV members are really warming up to each other. The smiles on our faces say it all! :D
